Returns policy

Please contact sales@artsupplies.co.nz if you wish to return an order. You will receive instructions on how to return orders. A Return Authority number must accompany any returns. Include details of the transaction and the reason why you wish to return the goods. We will then reply to you with permission and instructions for returning the goods.

www.artsupplies.co.nz will only accept returns for the following:

  • Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
  • Goods supplied incorrectly
  • Goods that vary from their description on the website

This policy observes obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986).

We do not accept returns for goods which are not faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty goods will be replaced or repaired in the first instance or refunded if no replacement is available. 

If goods are incorrectly supplied we will arrange return of the incorrect goods and supply the correct goods provided the incorrect goods are received back by us in the same condition they were sent.

For products damaged in delivery keep the packaging in which the product was delivered in case the courier company needs to inspect it or they need a photo to be sent. For damage in delivery issues please contact us ASAP.

In the case of refunds for credit will be made to your credit card account if paid by credit card.

Returns without a return authority will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender unopened.

Prices, GST and Sales Taxes

All prices displayed are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
